Fees for Services
All counseling appointments are charged at $120 per 50-minute session. ThrivingHeart conducts an intake with each new client; the session is scheduled for 1 hour and 45 minutes at a cost of $240. Reduced-fee counseling services are available on a limited basis.
Charges for in-home and group therapy, retreats, and consulting services are determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Kristine Medea directly for more information.
Cancellations: Clients will be charged for appointments that are canceled with less than 24-hour notice. A no-show will result in a charge for the full cost of the scheduled appointment.

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. To make a payment by credit card, fill in the amount of the payment below and and click 'Make a Payment' to be taken to PayPal's Website, where you can complete your payment safely and securely. Thank you.

Insurance: ThrivingHeart Counseling & Consulting does not bill insurance. However, if you have insurance an invoice will be provided and you may pursue insurance reimbursement on your own accord. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
~ Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
~ Is approval required from my primary care physician?
~ What is my deductible and has it been met?
~ How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
~ What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
~ Am I willing to file my own claims?
